This means, “What’s that you say? 17 degrees? No, that’s OK, I don’t need to go out.”

I’m not saying it’s deep, but when you have less than a foot of ground clearance….

Hooray! They’re clearing the street! Now I can go for a walk without having to wade through snow up to my ears!
